About PathOne
PathOne Data Centers develops data centers in places the industry overlooks: rural sites where power, land, and fiber are already in place. Each project is sized to the site and planned with the county that hosts it.

How we work
Start with power
We start where power already exists: stranded or underused capacity with a workable path to energization. Everything else is planned around it.
Work within county rules
We work through each county’s rules before anything is built, and we help counties write data center rules when they don’t have them yet.
Build in phases
We build in phases sized to the site and the community’s needs, with closed-loop cooling by design, and grow only as power and approvals allow.
Leadership
In 1997, our CEO Jim DiNoia helped roll out 60 of the early internet’s points of presence across the country. The team pairs that mission-critical experience with architecture, development, and capital.
